Sometimes. Every client is unique and so are their concerns. The subconscious may take a bit of coaxing to fully make the changes desired. Other times an issue can be resolved in just one session. On average clients see the best results in 3 to 6 sessions.
During the first session, I will begin with a thorough intake, carefully taking time to listen to your concerns. I will ask questions and provide feedback to ensure that I fully understand your particular issue in order for us to establish your goal together. We will then discuss what hypnosis is and address any questions or concerns you may have. I will ensure you are comfortable and ready to enter hypnosis. The hypnotherapist will discuss recommendations for further sessions to most effectively have you reaching your goals.
